My baby Mastigoproctus tohono has sealed itself in its burrow, as expected. However I'm slightly concerned the burrow reaches all the way to the bottom of the enclosure and wondering if I need to rehouse it into something deeper. Will it have problems molting if it molts on the plastic surface instead of a IMG-0512.jpg IMG-0513.jpg dirt surface?

It will be 100% fine, they know what they are doing. Do not disturb it.

All of mine do this. I currently have a big fat female that just sealed up the window so I’m a little sad cause I love to peep, but she knows what she’s doing!

In the wild they dig down to rocks as well. I wouldn't worry.
