Hello

To get to the point I have a vinegaroon that I've owned for roughly a year and a half long story short I did some moving not to long ago and I had her in my car I think the vibrations stressed her out because she was skidish for a while. I left her alone for a bit but I've noticed that she started burrowing more and more which I thought was normal until one day I saw her burrow was covered with dirt naturally I thought it collapsed ( this was when i was workint a lot of OT and didnt always water the substrate bc of that) and I panicked a little so I dug her out and she pinched me with her claw plus I shot sprayed then I figured she closed herself off for hibernation but it's odd since it's late June then but then I realized me moving her a lot and stressing her out might have thrown he clock of perhaps anyway I let her got and did what I could to repair the burrow then after a few days she closed it again and I figured it's best I don't disturb her anymore so I left her alone for a few months but I am starting to worry if I should check on her she's been underground closed off before and okay but im still a little worried I know I've made some mistakes here but she's my first vinegaroon let alone first arachnid so any pointers would be appreciated on this thank you

Leave it be and keep the soil moist, it will come out again when it’s ready. Some of mine are still or back underground right now. Totally normal. As long as the soil stays within the right moisture level there’s nothing to worry about! It knows what it is doing!
