Video's of me pulling my OBT sac (successful!!)

Well My OBT (I got her from Katy green) laid a sac on 8/8/08 (Spider Day) and I pulled the sac last night and man what a big sac for an OBT (275-300). In the first video it shows me getting the female out and the video ends abruptly because she leapt thru the air on my hand and tried to bite my thumb, I shook her off and all I got was a fang scrape (very close!!). The second and third video's are of me opening the sac and of the babies (very good footage).

Nice as usual Rob, just a question, why dont you leave the sac in for them to cling to:?

I understand the coffee fiters, just didnt know if there are adverse effects from the sac.

I was thinking more than that but I didn't get a good count last night....that was a temp container while we were removing them all from the sac. I'm thinking about going with the coffee filter as you'd suggested in a deli container (maybe with a lid) since they're climbing already....

Deli with coffee filter and a lid should work just fine. They will settle into a big web ball clump soon enough. Congrats again.

I did fell a little burning in forearm, it went away in a hour, the last time this crazy girl bit me it was a whole different story....rob
