Can anyone help me find a complete list of all mygalomorphs in Mississippi? More specifically I'd be looking for a list of trapdoor spider species in Lauderdale County, MS but any information is greatly appreciated. If not, does anyone know who I could ask directly.
Thanks,
Logan

you will need to do heavy research to compile it all yourself, unfortunately. there are lots of resources but no tidy list. i think even an expert would have to make the list themselves to send it to you. its a ton of work. i want things like this as well in the true spider hobby and its a huge pain in the butt

many "lists" list only a handful of genus or species without going into any specifics and plenty are little documented and/or get missed

Five species have been found (supposedly) in Mississippi on iNaturalist, but there are possibly other obscure species that simply haven't been observed on there yet.

That page is interesting, because it lists a Texas Brown as being found there. To my knowledge, Aphonopelma or ANY true Ts have never been found east of the Mississippi River. That has been a historical barrier to them.
