Venom glands...my question :/

Hi!
I need information about how much microliter of venom contain glands of such genus as Tegenaria or Araneus. I need to know, how much venom can one of this spider inject in one bite...eventually in yield :].
Of course I've been googling and some sources say, that Tegenaria agrestis has about 100 microliter of venom.... but I need your confirmation :]
