This story ran on the ABC news the other night, not that I ever watch the ABC normally, it'a a rubbish station, about a vegetarian nectar eating bird here called the Rainbow lorikeet which had previously been thought to be vegetarian nectar eater exclusively, but has nice been discovered it will take meat if offered.

Reminds me when everyone shouted down my proposal that Ts could ever eat artificial food; if anything this proves we have much to learn about animal nutrition and there is no one solution that is right or wrong.
