UTH in vison cage?

I just picked up a used Vison cage form a pet store going out a bussiness. I usually use Sterlite style encolsures. Can I put a UTH inside a vision. If not ow do I go about it. It will be on a dimmer.

I have never used heat pads to heat visions but I'm sure the pad needs to heat the area quite a bit to provide a warm spot. The vision cage plastic is denser than a sterilite sweater box. A heat pad would not be the most economical thing to use. Putting it in the tank is also a danger to the cages inhabitant. I use heat panels to heat my vision cages. They heat from above and are easily attached to the cage ceiling. Helix and Pro-products makes them. Mine are Pro-products but I have heard good things about the helix panels. Both companies can custom make them to a size that suits your animals requirements. Plus they are never too hot to the touch. Here's a shot of one in use.
