Has anyone used water bottle caps as a water dish for jumping spiders? Through the years I kept jumpers I only used a spray bottle to provide them water. Has anyone seen them drink out of water bottle cap before?

I have never seen it, but I did offer both jumping spiders I had a water bottle cap as a dish. I'd also spray water up into the enclosure (I used an upside down set up) on the walls and I definitely watched it drink from there. I offered both ways because I didn't want to risk them not using the water dish and dehydrating.

You can see the bottle cap at the bottom.

I use one, but I've never seen them drink from it. I just use it for a little extra added moisture, I also still add droplets on the side for them to drink from.

Right, it's safer to just provide both a water dish and droplets on their walls/webbing than risk them dying of dehydration unless you can confirm they're utilizing the water dish. It's not like spritzing water inside is a hassle after all.
