Uropygi mating

I was lucky to be able to see them mate!
The whole process lasted around 24 hours (female vinegaroons should be the happiest females on the planet!) so I had the time to snap some photos.

P.S.: this is the female that produced an egsack but it got roten in the process, I hope she'll make a new one next year that wont rot (see this thread for more info).

Awesome, good luck with these. The mating process for them is very similiar then to M. giganteus.

do the males leave a spermatophore like scorpions do?

I checked the enclosure and didnt find anything.
