unwise??

would it be unwise to put my 2 wolf spiders together???
i know that one of them is definitely a male, but i cant tell if the other one is a female, i dont want the big male to kill peanut, because its more interesting, but i wouldnt mind a try at breeding them.
please help

do you even know if you have the same species? if you aren't sure, then odds are you will have to seperate them. if they are not the same species they *should* run away from each other if they are about the same size... but like i said, you might just be feeding one to the other

I've managed to keep wolf spiders of the same species together in large containers for a short while, always female, but sooner or later one of them's going to bite the dust. I wouldn't recommend it.
