Sorry if this is a repost, but I saw this on the Coast to Coast radio program website, and wondered if this is legitimate or a clever photoshop. I figure if anyone knows what it is, this would be the place to ask.

Actually, I thought of this as more of a curiosity than a news item. I tend to use reliable sources for that. I just thought if it was real it would be a neat little guy to have. I mean, it doesn't look that far-fetched, like maybe it was taken at an angle that gave it an illusionary eery look.
