I want to say Vietnamese Flat Rock but I could be very wrong.

It looks like a Scorpiops sp., but these are very difficult to determine the exact species, especially if the exact location is unknown.
As this genus ranges in size from very small to medium sized, it is hard to say if it's adult or juvenile.

That looks like a chaerilus variegatus, which is what my little one was sold to me as, they're a dwarf species so that might be fully grown or nearing fully grown. Mine looks nothing like that though, much more light brown than black!

The pedipalps don't look like a Chaerilus to me. Too narrow and smooth.
Also, Chaerilus variegatus are always greyish black, so you might have another Chaerilus species.
