Unidentified Spider

Hey, I found two of these miniscule spiders a few weeks ago. It's currently winter, and I found them active under a moist rock on a slightly warmed day (about 40 degrees fahrenheit). They have a black body, and bright yellow legs. They are only about one millimeter in size. Does anyone know what they might be? There's two in the image along with a bit of webbing.

It's two deceased spiders. They died about an hour after I found them. That's as close as I can get with a phone camera without it blurring. I can try to get a clearer picture.

The legs are bright yellow, although difficult to see.
