Well, i started out with 30-ish hisser nymphs, and now im down to about 10 or 15... have the adults been eatin the little ones? There's plenty of food for them. there are 4 adults and what used to be 30 lil uns in a smallish kritter keeper. Were they eaten or did they get out?

I had one nymph escape tonight. It was my fault though, it crawled on my hand while I was cleaning the cage, and I accidentally flung it somewhere. Oops.

little roaches can get out of a kritter keep no problem. They also need higher temps than many, what temp are yours?

I dont think they would eat them unless they died. they will however eat shed skin and dead roaches.

Well that means that about 20 of them are loose in dallas somewhere. oh well, i have cats to take care of them... I seperated the nymphs just in case they were getting eaten, it makes it easier to grab the adults too when you don't have to worry about the lil uns crawlin out. I keep half of their cage (snapped tightly shut) over a heating pad and half off to make a gradient.
