I'm planning on getting a new Ts what specie of bird eaters would you guys recommend i plan on getting a Stirmi (also got blondi one) but idk yet lol

The one that you can keep healthy and alive.

Personally I consider Theraposa to be an advanced species. I would go further to say that Theraposa are always desirable by new keepers because they are "the biggest," and that is not a reason to get an animal... I would venture a guess they drive big lifted trucks too...🙄

Anyway the poor animals suffer. Theraposa suffer the most because they are harder to keep alive and have advanced husbandry requirements due to their native habitat. That almost no new keeper ever reads about.

I would suggest searching the forums for the species names AND the common names so you get a taste for the quality of your results, I encourage you to read, read, read. You are going to find a lot of "help, what's wrong with my bird eater?!" posts and a few healthy posts from experienced keepers. Hopefully you start to see a pattern as to new vs experienced keepers, and where other keepers went wrong.
