Most likely no. In a trapdoors world vibrations are usualy caused by things you can eat or things that can eat you which makes them very cautious. They actualy lay down trip wires around there entrance so they can judge the size of there prey.

Auskie:
Grow up!

Mattman:
Once you buy it and put it in a cage, chances are it will burrow within a couple of days and you will only see the food dissappearing. I have 2 and i have not seen them for 1 year. Only when feeding and when they throw out their molts. They are much more secretive spider than the burrowing T´s. They are somewhat boring.

the problem with this is usually when mealworms or superworms burrow they are going to pupate and turn into beatles, so they will not really be a whole lot of vibration from them once this is trigger. once the metamorphosis is complete they are beetles and go back above ground to procreate and end their life cycle. this is why I don't feed them to trapdoors they just don't trigger a response like crickets do.

also trapdoors are textbook hermit crabs they never leave their home unless of extreme condition are happening (Ie droughts, flood) this is why so little is understood about them because you can't observe them since they don't just come out at night like burrowing tarantulas do. at most you will see the lid open a tiny bit so they can see if food is coming bye, but that is the most you will see. so putting it one a bin of mealworms would ultimate lead to it being totally stress out since it couldn't make a home out of oatmeal bedding and just be scrunched up in a corner for most likely they whole time.
