Has anyone used synthetic leaves in their trapdoors' enclosures? They seem alright, but I'd prefer the idea accepted or rejected by other peeps before I go tossing it in there. What's ideal?

I dont use any structure in my trapdoor enclosures... Makes it easier to clean up and keep looking nice.

Don't trapdoors use stuff like that to better their doors and tripwires? They seem to be doing fine, but I've seen other enclosures with dried leaves and stuff in em.

This is a picture showing a Liphistius desultor trap door in the wild

They use items of the surrounding to build the trapdoor. I just use substrate.

L.malayanus and L.murphyorum. I've never kept trapdoors before. I've been told to put dry leaves and other somethings in for them to use, but why make it harder? :p Thanks for all your help.
