Question TOS question for admin

I believe it's considered soliciting. Classifieds is the only place to post classifieds.
From the forum rules #6 & 7 but I believe it falls under #7:
"
6. Spamming to advertise Arachnoboards elsewhere on the internet will not be tolerated. Nor will the posting of spam on Arachnoboards. In addition, commercial spamming and trolling will NOT be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban from the site. Please realize that all the commercial spammers and trolls want is to get attention and disrupt the community. Do not give them what they want. If any member notices there is a commercial spam or troll type post, DO NOT RESPOND TO IT. Responding WILL result in an infraction (with points). Just report it so we can take care of it. umm, yea. I really don't think that applies to my situation but we will see what admin says. I have an ad running in the classifieds here I just want to any purchases through another website. I just don't see how that could be considered spamming,

Not spamming but soliciting. Morphmarket is not owned by you for selling.

I think the above poster is correct. I’ve never seen a classified advert with a link to their commercial site. @cold blood
again, don't think it is the same. big difference between offering something for sale in a classified ad and soliciting.
huh? not even sure what you are trying to say
don't plan on linking, just using MM to process the payment and arrange the shipping. im not really seeing a difference between that and somebody who bills with paypal or venmo and ships through reptiles 2 you or redline.

It is soliciting, it's advertising another website on this website. Believe me, I suffered an infraction when I first joined after I linked another vendor website on AB because I didn't read the "Forum Rules" thoroughly.

Will see - why do you need MM to make payments? Peeps send money without MM.

im not advertising another website. is somebody who using Venmo for payments advertising venmos website?
somebody will see my ad here and want to buy it. I will say "great, I will send you a bill though morph market billing and I am going to also print a label through MM "
how does that differ from someone who says "great, pay me with paypal and I am going to print my label through redline." (which is to the best of my knowledge how most people do it here.)
convenience and reduced shipping cost. if someone wanted to bill with paypal , would you ask them why paypal, peeps send money without paypal.?

It would be simpler just to list payment methods accepted in your classified than redirecting to Morphmarket to pay you there.

That's soliciting by redirecting to another website. Morphmarket isn't Venmo, PayPal or whatever.

MM may be viewed differently than PayPal
MM is not a money sending site like PayPal or Zelle.

The only other way is pming anyone contacting you via your classified. "Start Conversation" is basically private messaging. You could then redirect to MMarket where they could pay you. It's what shows publically that might cross into soliciting but pming should be fine as there's nothing in the Forum Rules stating otherwise I found

AH-HA, now you understand my question perfectly. there will be nothing posted publicly about MM. privately I will ask if they mind hoping over to MM to pay for the order, If not I can accept payments via most other venues. even though that will all be done privately I dont want to do it if against tos

Yeah, I should of mentioned that from the start but I'm old and slow.
I don't see a problem with doing it that way. However I agree wait for an official response I'd hate to see you receiving any trouble. I have received multiple infractions on my account because I failed abiding by some of the forum rules and found myself in trouble.

To my understanding that is still promoting another business and that is soliciting whatever way you look at it. So being soliciting no it will not be allowed.
I do not think that was the point in that reply, the point was, I think, posting another company on here to buy you're stuff from.
