that has to be force fed and has been since a baby

I wouldn't pay that kind of money for any animal incapable of eating on its own, no. That does not bode well for the long-term health of the investment. What the heck is wrong with this snake that it has to be force fed every single time? Either there's a better feeding technique they haven't tried, or this animal is too screwed up to live.
