I thought people might like to see some of mine and my bf's tarantula collection. I finally fiddled around with my canon powershot to the point where I can take decent photos even with the crappy lighting in our apartment.

Here is our very first tarantula. A female B. smithi we named Tessie. She molted shortly after we got her ;)

Here's another one of our early tarantulas. Aphonopelma sp. "paysoni"

Brachypelma albopilosum, Senor Fuzz, who is a ton of fun to watch eat =D

Here he is again. Five months and two molts later, shoveling a cricket into his gullet:

Paraphysa scrofa. We think it's a male based on his past molt:

And one more for tonight. Aphonopelma seemani:

I have a ton more pictures I've taken lately that I'll post a little later. Hope you enjoy them!

OBT, surprised I even got this shot of her. She only comes out in quick bursts to snag food

Sericopelma rubronitens (that's my guess anyway--sold at petstore as a "red rump" with no scientific name):

Pterinochilus chordatus fresh from the shipping box:

E. pachypus. She's very shy:

P. reduncus. This guy is totally awesome and fuzzy:

Grammostola rosea "RFC"

Aphonopelma behlei:

Literally right after I snapped that shot he decided he was hungry {D
