I have a tiny hissing cockroach that molted last month and is now looking like a hybrid of a tiger hisser mixed with something else
1. When I first got it

Having just watched, 'Bones and All' a movie about cannibalism, I find myself a bit sussed out by what looks like the blood under your fingernails. Have you been consuming human flesh my boy?

Cool murdered-out Roach!

The "striping" there is actually just the pale intersegmental membranes, visible on all well fed/super gravid hissers. You can see on the actual abdominal tergites (segments) themselves, it's just red. So, not indicative of being hybrids with Tigers specifically (though they're still likely random portentosa mutt hybrids).

Any idea why it completely changed color

Pulcherrimus! Latin finally good for something meaning the most beautiful or very beautiful, you could even say Pulcherrimus de animalis, the most beautiful of animals
Other suggestions include-
Suetonius paulinus a great commander
Celer- quick- close to celery too
Ira -Iratus- anger- angry
Iuno - with an I
Solus
Durus - Hard harsh-

I don’t have glass or acrylic I keep them in a plastic container used for carrying cakes which I modified and they’re currently thriving in it for heating, the little table there on has a house heater vent under neath it so they get all there heat from that. they each have there own hide the little one lives in the egg carton hide and Carl lives in the cork bark, although every once in awhile I find them cuddling under the same hide, I really do love these amazing little things

I bet, they sure seem great, what interesting behaviours have you seen?
Alright so they just act like normal bugs most of the time but one thing I’ve noticed is that they sometimes switch there hides basically Carl is in the little ones and little one is in carls, they stay in that hide for a couple days and then go back to there original one and stay there for a long while. I haven’t kept these guys for long so I havent seen much. I guess the only other one is that Carl seems to “enjoy” handling! I get him and he never hisses, doesn’t tuck His head under his head plate and is very curious and adventurous and he’ll basically freely crawl into your hand And everywhere, you really should get these for yourself
