User Tiff's Ts - A Picture Thread

My tiny collection is growing! All who say this hobby(?) is addictive is correct.

I'll use this thread for my new additions as well as a sort of growth tracker. I'm calling them all girls till proven otherwise.

First is my beautiful GBB, Azula. Haven't taken many pics of her recently.


My adorable C elegans, Tinker. She's molted once so far.


Picked up this beauty yesterday. I've been wanting an A chalcodes for as long as I've been interested in tarantulas. So, very excited to have her here. She's a good size too with pretty adult coloring. Now just to fatten her back up! Pretty Blondie.


Her getting comfy in her updated enclosure last night and then eating this morning.



Also acquired this cute as heck B hamorii yesterday. I'll name her Autumn. She desperately needed a rehouse, a drink and food. (Praying this is a female, but I'm reluctantly leaning towards a male). Not as big as Blondie...
She was in a 3x3x3 t crib for size reference.


Munchin and crunchin after she finally decided she was indeed a terrestrial. Holy climbing batman!



I get a G pulchra sling Tues and can't wait! We'll see if I talk myself into also bringing home a genic sling as well or wait until the next expo in Sept. After that tho, my top favorites will have been purchased!

It is so very addictive! I have a list of potential Ts I want when I'm a bit more experienced and when I have a bit more organized space for them all.
They're so fun and interesting tho!

Pretty Blondie this morning right before I dropped a cricket in. She really isn't nearly as blonde on the legs as I've seen others to be. Could she still be getther coloring in I wonder..


I joke and call her my Arizona half and half as those back 4 legs are sure darker than the rest.

Got a little K brunnipes, Rose. Have yet to see her hide, so thats promising.


And a shy but beautiful pulchra, Polly. When I opened the deli cup, I had no idea where she was.... Looked at the lid and surprise.

Much better abdomen after 5 days for Mr. Autumn
Kind of sad he's a male simply cause he wont live as long. Not super fun watching them pace around till they die once matured.
But I enjoy him nonetheless.

This is Pokey, my B albiceps. She'll likely be full grown in 2 to 3 centuries. But I'm challenging myself to wait her out.


I also picked up a N incei olive named... Olive. (Real original, I know).
She's in there somewhere. Saw her when I picked her up, hopefully she comes back out soon.

How stinking cute are these slings??? I’m getting a few slings from Fear Not Tarantulas on Tuesday and then 3 little Aphonopelma chalcodes from wicked webs on Wednesday. To join my Caribena versicolor sling . Like potato chips.

There we go! Canyon, the A moderatum. Made a nice spacious burrow in the tiny deli cup.



Wooli has been having the time of his life in his enclosure. He's dug across the back side and is relaxing. I love me a dirt mover.



Really hope nothing collapses on him, haha.

Aww I think Blondie likes her new enclosure. I gave her the biggest cork bark piece I have. Never seen her so stretched out, belly flat and relaxed before.

Got 2 new babies yesterday from someone local. C versicolor cuties.
They are sac mates, so should be interesting seeing how they grow and develop.
