Tibial hooks forming?

This is my recently bought curly hair tarantula(not fully grown), I believe it might be growing tibial hooks but I’m not sure.

Tibial hooks don’t appear until the maturing molt, along with the emboli.

What your seeing is just setae. They don't "grow" them actively in between molts, they develop with the ultimate molt as described above when they reach maturity.

Looking at palpal bulbs is more reliable than tibial hooks but @IntermittentSygnal is correct
