EE5841AC-A32D-4206-B717-C91EC9ABB3DD.jpeg I thought he was in a death curl at the front of his hide. Nope he just pushed his molt though legs first. What a relief. I knew he was in pre molt, but seeing the legs curled up in the entrance and just that was a bit alarming. Hehe

I hate when they do that!
I glanced up at one of my P. metallica slings the other day and saw WAY too many legs hanging out on the side of the enclosure. I was sure it was stuck in a molt! But upon closer inspection... nope. It had molted just fine and was carrying the exuvia around LOL

Congrats on the molt! If you don't know the sex of your T already, that molt can tell you!

Thank you. It’s male. Sexed it last molt. Great spider though. Ever since I got it the fake rock hide it hasn’t made a burrow, and sits at the entrance when hungry. I am glad I got the hide, because before it all I ever saw was legs sticking out the burrow. C1504E0B-5AC8-4EDB-B352-5202B25EB39C.jpeg
