There are tiny white insects in my Ts water bowl

My T recently plugged up their burrow so I took the opportunity to inspect the enclosure and when I shined a light on the water bowl there were tiny white insects darting around inside, they are much smaller than the springtails in my enclosure, are they parasites? You can sorta see their shadows in the video I enclosed
