So I've had this female for a few month found her in my basement, and she's definitely a strong one ,so she's had a really elongated abdomen for some time now and I've kept her separated from others now for while then not to long ago I added in a male and he went right to her and they did there thing with no problems like she was waiting for him was really cool, then she went into the corner and dug out a burrow ,and I waited and waited in till she finally lay some eggs uhh, I couldn't believe it , she's been in agony it seem with such a large abdomen, so just checked on her havnt looked how she was in couple days and she was eating her eggs I think ,i have video of the male and her meeting that was awesome, so I do have 2-3 .more females with eggs ill get some picures has anyone heard of spiders eating there eggs????

yeah the house centipede i ended up letting go , i kept him for a while he was really cool, and i enjoyed him, and yeah the woodlouse spiders and the Scutigera didn't bother each other because the woodlouse spiders was to big for him. but yeah those pics were some early days of finding them , i didn't really have no containers, or really something to house them ,expect for the coffee cans i had . at that time

i do gotta say for those who think that the WoodLouse spider is " boring " yeah maybe , but watching them @ night time is really cool, its so interesting how they burrow, and move dirt and rocks with their jaws and chelicerae !! its really cool to watch.and when there in hunt mode how they feel around under rocks with there legs is really cool , almost like fingers feeling around under rocks , like one i watched this morning it must of been trying to get this female out from the rocks for over an hour , and when i came back the female was gone and he was eating a woodlice..!! maybe ill post some videos on You Tube, so other can watch too and ill post the link! ! ! im really wondering how im gonna take care of them through the winter.. if anyone has some ideas !!! im all ears!

I think for winter, just care for them as you normally would. If they're indoors winter shouldnt make much of a difference

Some say Wood Louse Spiders Life Span is one or two years, others claim up to five years.
so over winter may be doable. Keep warm and good luck.
