I finaly found a nice cork tube for my famale H. maculata. she just had a crappy manzanita branch without anywhere to hide. So i carefuly coax her out from behind the log and I blink and she is gone. i just here the rapped tapping of her feet as she datrs up and into a tub that i foolishly left open. And what was in that tub? all the decorations for my future tanks! ugh. i had to very carefuly dig her out and chase her around for about 5-6 min. It was like trying to find a loaded shotgun in a itchy trigger finger stack. but she is in her new home and loving her tube so alls well that ends well!

Isn't she lovely

Having seen this tub of tank decor that she got into, I have to say - that must have been pretty epically horrible. BTW:
It was like trying to find a loaded shotgun in a itchy trigger finger stack.
Excellent.
