I always get nervous when I ship. Most of the time I get worried for nothing, but this time it's for real. Seriously this sucks.

Sorry to hear that Ryan. I'm sure it was just bad luck so don't feel guilty, but yeah that does suck :(

It definately sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. Sometimes these results are unavoidable. If it was because of a mistake you made in packing (which somehow I doubt), then learn from it. If not, then yes, it sucks, but it's bound to happen at some point and you can take solace in the fact that you did everything correctly on your end. Ya can't have a perfect track record forever (as nice as that would be...) Regardless, it's something you can learn from in one way or another. My condolences though, I'd be seriously bummed out too.

im sorry man, i have read over your reviews and all of them say you are a top notch packer! more than likely it wasn't your fault... probably USPS' fault.

it's bound to happen at one point or another.

peace be with you dude

Just think of all the successes you had shipping. The way some of these packages are handled, sometimes there is nothing you can do, no matter how careful you pack.

Chin up Ryan!

Ryan...

There was only one DOA... the GBB sling and I certainly don't blame you for that! Sometimes <EDIT> happens and it's out of our control. I know you feel bad for the little guy as do I but I've only had a positive experience in dealing with you and would do it again in a heartbeat! Fear not my friend!

Sincerely,

Jason

Well Yesterday morning HERE was very cold.. 7*F

I'm only guessing, but this sounds like chilled T's.

1 out of 3 isn't bad if weather was outside of the normal ranges.

Because of where I am I won't ship till next month.

Glad two were ok.

Yeah I bet Ryan never thought of insulating them
Now now. Don't pick on the new person who doesn't know Ryan yet. :) I think lots of people on here have had the experience of first joining the boards and not realizing right away who the professionals are. Looking back at a few early posts I find myself thinking, "Wow, I second-guessed that person!?! What was I thinking!!!?

Uhhhh duh

Actually the new person was one of the folks who got some pretty expensive slings from Ryan sent in an envelope in early spring that were almost frozen....<EDIT>... you had no idea of the context of the post....:?
