For these shots, I built a new softbox/diffuser from scratch. This still isn't anywhere near the best, but it's a start.

For comparison, here is a picture I got from using the old diffuser; note harsh white highlights:



Using the new diffuser:



These two were shot with the same image settings and similar lighting angles.

Nice. I like how the diffuser not only smooths out the bright bits but brings out some color and detail in the darker, shadowed parts as well.

a question tho, if i may.............how did you get the Cambridgei, and the baboon to chill together, for enough time to get a shot :? :clap:

it almost looks like the cambridgei is eatin?

Oh no, I put them together for no more than a minute; it doesn't take more than a few seconds to take a photo ;)

She was cleaning one of her legs. :)
