It's quite late here and I can't sleep - got a lot going on right now...

Anyway, it's quite relaxing sitting in the dark and watching/listening to my H. sp "Vietnam" digging her new burrow (as I have just put her in a taller tank to allow for deeper digging). The tank is still not as deep as I would like, but will do until I can get the funds together for a really cool one.

She's quite industrious and she has kindly decided to dig her entrance right in the corner - so I can see her entering and leaving. She carries the earth with her fangs and kinda reverses out of the burrow. I have never actually seen this before!

Just thought I would share! :)

I still after over 6 years see T's do new things that are entertaining to watch. Just the other day I watched an I hirsutum 'recife locale' sling against the side of its vial with a droplet of water under its mouth, and it was doing pushups.
