For some time now, my palm tree is going from bad to worse. Broken and dried out leaves and an unhealthy look.
The other day, while I was cleaning my Ts stuff I saw, outside where I keep my Ts, this 1" beetle, that I had never seen before. I catch him just for a couple of photos and I released him.
Later I discovered in the web, that this guy (Red palm weevil) was the responsible for my tree disease. Its larvae munches all the soft parts of the plant and destroys it slowly. He fooled me, but at least I found what I have to search for, to save my tree.
