One of my B. Smithis molted about 3-4 days ago. It's made a burrow for itself with just enough room to squeeze in and not much more. After molting it was a bit tight in the burrow for both the 50% larger T AND a molt. I like taking the molts out shortly after (just to keep) but I didn't want to ruin the burrow or upset the T trying to get it. A day or two ago he or she was nice enough to carry it out of the burrow and leave it on the opposite side of the enclosure.

So to you Mrs (or Mr) Smithi, Thank you for the convenience! {D

My E. cyan used to this before and was very cool and convenient.

But now, I don't know what stopped him, maybe because I transferred him/her to a new enclosure!

I made him/her a custom made burrow in which he/she settled in.

Last time our P. miranda molted, he conveniently put his exuvium in his waterdish. It was like he was softening it up for us so we could sex it, haha.

Interestingly enough, the only T I have that will put it's molt out for me to take is my S. cal. She can occasionally be mean-spirited and leave her boluses stuck to her hide, just waiting to give me a heart-attack. But for the most part, she is my cleanest and most trouble-free T that I have (if that term even applies to this sp.).

I always heard the S. Cals are evil. Perhaps she is removing her molts and placing them in a convenient place to lure you into feeling of false comfort. BETTER WATCH OUT! ;)
