Texas Trapdoor Spider in situ

Hey all, thought you might enjoy this pic my mom sent me of a trapdoor spider she found on her morning walk! My folks live in the Texas hill country, and see the occasional tarantula, lizard, etc. This looks to be a trapdoor spider to my untrained eye, if anyone has a different ID or more details on the exact species I would love to know!
