Aphonopelma sp Carlsbad Green. This girl is also going to a new home soon, but hers will be in Houston.

I only managed two pictures of her where she wasnt trying to kill the camera. But you can still tell how pissed off she was.

A. moderatum is absolutly gorgeous, it truly is a jewel!

Anyone breeding them yet? I would not mind getting some babies so I can enjoy a nice female in 20 years from now!!!

Thanks for sharing

Martin, there are several people I know of that are working on getting a sac. They seem to be really sensitive to climate cyles, and so thats something more people need to take into account when trying to breed them. The female pictured above is going to a friend in Cali who I hope will have some success with her. We will definitely let you know if we get some slings!
