Springtails, unfortunately not much goes well with millipedes but especially not with bumblebees, (from everything I’ve seen anyway) that being said you should have springtails in every colony

isopods can harm the millipedes while molting, this has happened with porcellio laevis and i believe it has happened with p scaber as well. it hasnt been recorded with any other species but to be safe, you shouldnt cohab millipedes with anything but other millipedes.

Would Ivory millipedes work?

Given your other post saying that your bumblebee millipedes are acting weird you shouldn't be adding extra variables such as other species together...

Springtails won't harm millipedes but isopods can eat millipedes after a molt.
You can keep more than one species of millipedes together if they have the same needs - temp, food, moisture, and room.
I currently have two Ivory's in with my bumblebee's. Bumblebee's and Scarlet's are found in the regions together so that's not a leap. I do have scarlet but they're in their own enclosure.
If you sticking with the 8x8 just make sure you've got at least 4 inches of substrate.
I bought clear acrylic "shoe boxes" from Walmart. They have air holes in them and it really holds the moisture. They make them in three sizes.

My bumblebee's and Ivory's are in the smaller one. My desert's are in a "boot" shoe box. I built a terrarium for my scarlet's with a two gallon cookie jar (from Walmart also). They range from $8 to $12 a piece. Very affordable.

I have a bumblebee colony collected with Venezillo parvus and they've lived peacefully together for almost 19 years.
