Tank size questions

Hello, I recently aquired 6 spiders, all around the size of a quarter.

3 viridasius
1 t. rasti
1 Dolomedes tenebrosus
1 Phrynus whitei? it has white eyespots

I rehoused all of them into identical 32 oz cups. All ate yesterday. Some of them started laying webs.

My question is, What size tank should I move them into permanantly when they outgrow these cups. I have an exoterra small tall and thats it right now for tall larger enclosures. Probably will give it to the t rasti.

Phrynus whitei isn't a spider. It will require a fairly tall enclosure in adulthood, if that's what it truly is. The exo terra is big enough for it, but will require the screen top to be almost entirely blocked (or replaced with acrylic).
