taking care of feeders???

I was wondering whats the best thing to feed your feeder insects such as mealworms, silk worms, and crickets?

well theres many things criekts will eat commericail gut load to lettuce fruits make them really fat because healthy prey items are healthy animals =))

for meal worms i feed them lettuce. because they cant crawl inside of it when i try to remove it from the tank.

I also include something with high protein in their diets, usually ground cat food or fish flakes.

For crix and mealys I feed Fish flakes, for Silkworms there is only the premix offered buy dealers or Mulberry leaves which they really love and I suspect the commercial Silky food is made of.
