Hi.

I have recently purchased a tailless whipscorpion. ;P

The only reading material the shop had on offer about it was a small section at the back of an arachnid’s book. It’s taught me enough about the tailless whipscorpions care but there’s still heaps more I don’t know.

Does any one know any good web sites dealing with this rare species, or have you yourself kept them in the past? Either way, I’d be really great full if someone could help me out.

Cheers.

Lodi,

I have about 7 right at the moment. One male, the rest being immature and mature females, two with eggs. They like to be kept humid >70%, but also cool, max temp I keep mine at is 82 dring the day, and the tank drops down to 68 at night. Higher temps tend to stress them out. Here is a thread on how to sex them and how I keep mine.
