My adult female stirmi (age unknown, about 8-10 inch dls) moulted on the 25th of February and hasn't eaten since. There didn't appear to be any issues with the molt and she has only come out of her burrow once since to drink water.
Maybe this isn't unusual for an adult stirmi but this is the first moult she's had since i got her and the only other T i had refuse food this long after moult died soon after which is why i'm concerned. Hoping someone with more experience with this species can put my mind at ease.

Its normal for theraphosa that size to not eat 2 month after molt (males might eat alittle sooner but not much)keep trying say every week or so should eat soon around 3 month also try increasing humidity A bit to break a fast and a dead mouse might be eaten .hope that helps.
