I read the sticky but really didnt see what I was looking for.(didnt read the whole 10 pages or whatever but..) My question is What do I keep superworms in and what do I feed them...just got some from the pet store and they are in like saw dust...I have been told that I should keep them in like flower or somthing...is that good or should i keep them in the saw dust and just feed them somthing???? thanks:?

Every humid substrate should work fine. I always use rottened wood and tree fungi (Ganoderma, Fistulina, Fomes ect.) it is more "natural", but "normal" soil is also good.
