superworms

hi i bought superworms from my local pet store about 2 weeks ago. i left them alone in my T cupboard for about a week and half and these flies have took over the container. the wood shavings seem to be moist... i have no idea how this happened. when i checked it the container was open a bit too.. any ideas about what kind of flies these are and if they're dangerous to my Ts or dogs? when i opened it some of the flies escaped but i don't know if they flew out of my window or not... i can't upload pictures..sorry.

Have you not heard of the dog-eating flies ??? (Phorid = dog-eater) If dogs are not available they burrow into the abdomen of any local spider or tarantula until it ruptures with thousands of them and eventually some find a dog and do the same thing....
