suntiger rehousing

I hadnt planned on doing this for a few more molts but i came across a great deal on a exo terra cage and all and the spider itself was getting a bit cramped in its tupperware container. so what the heck lets re-house the suntiger! I thought i would do it the easy way, just set the tupperware into the exo terra overnight it would come out on her own right? no... it just pooped on the wall to mock me. she had burrowed into the substrate and the entire thing was webbed together... it was interesting but you guys would laugh if i told you how i really did it. anyhow here are a few crappy pics... this camera is okay sometimes and sometimes it sucks...


ill bet $ it makes her home behind the statue where noone can see it...

Thats a nice looking set-up. If you don't want the spider to make its home behind the statue, why don't you move it against the rock face?

that she is a he LOL or so ive been told. its not real big but too big for the tupperware i had it in anymore and i figured id go ahead and re-house before it got to be a handful. i had to 'discourage' him from building a burrow/web right at the left front door. im suprised this isnt skittish or mean at all. it can do quick bursts if it wants. im sure he will quickly grow into the setup. right now about 3-4" legspan
