How do you introduce a sugar glider to a group..i am trying to put my sugar glider mom with a couple and the other mom seems mad...they have been fighting lots..i tried leaving my sugar glider cage in there but it seems that it stresses my glider too much when the other mom keeps tryign to get into it and keeps on fighting..

What I would do is put them in seperate cages side by side for a week or two. Let them get used to being near each other without actually being physically able to fight. After that time, switch their sleeping pouches. So the strong smell of one transfers to the other and vice versa. A few days of that will let them get used to having each others smell very close. Then you can introduce them in neutral territory. Let them interact for a half hour or so a day for a few days. Closely monitor them, see how they do. Once they seem ok together, maybe even playing then put them into one cage together but make sure you have seperate sleeping pouches for every glider in the cage - just in case they still don't want to be -that- close. Keep a close eye on them, make sure all gliders are eating - a larger or older one may prevent younger ones from getting any food. Sometimes they just never get along and must be housed seperately, all you can do is be patient and observant.

Introducing new Gliders to established ones can be tricky. The best way to pull it off other than the already mentioned tips is to go with a younger Glider. Adults tend to take it easy on baby ones like most mammals do.

yeah that was what i did...i was scared when they were fighting i quickly took it out and put the cage beside it....i hope they get along my female it is really lonely and needs some friends...i will try the pouch thingy you told me
