Hi I recently got a new emperor scorpion, the man I bought it from gave me some roaches to feed it, but they dug under the peat moss and I havent seen them since! How is he supposed to eat, if his food is two inchs under?

Don't worry!
Roaches are nocturnal and will come out at night and when your scorp is hungry he'll get them.
How many roaches did you put in the enclosure and how many scorps are in it?

Keep it low with the feeding, scorpions don't need much!
Four roaches are easily enough for a month or two, or even half a year.

Your scorpion should be able to detect the roaches even when they are burried.
The comb-like appendages on its underside (called pectines) are for sensing vibrations.
