My Jumper is scared of her food. She’s afraid of everything but me. I don’t know what to do. The only thing she wants is fruit flies but she’s outgrown them. She hats worms and pull bugs too.

Try waxworms. They're sorta like mealworms, except that they're smaller and without the armor. They can usually be found at bait shops or the camping/fishing section at Walmart. I'm assuming that you're talking about earthworms and isopods, right? Neither of those are usually taken by jumping spiders so hopefully that's the only issue with your little buddy. hopefully she'll be back on her (many) feet in no time!

Try crickets, roaches, mealworms,or standard flying insects, really any standard hobby feeder. Earthworms and isopods are not what jumping spiders eat naturally so not sure who told you to feed them these.

Not so sure about outgrown fruit flies. There is a constant population of jumpers here all over the walls and roof. Their normal diet is tiny bugs, gnats, midges and other very small prey. It's extreme rare to see them actually capture and eat any prey that is at best half their size. Stalk hopefully yes, but actually capture something as large as an average housefly? I've seen it maybe 4 or 5 times in 15+ years.

My female P audax regularly hunts and eats crickets as large as her or a little bigger. Shes so prey driven she will literally see as I drop it into her enclosure and immediately begin hunting. Its crazy to me some people seem to have timid jumpers.

Red Runners...no fear of them attacking her and they won't burrow. Or lobster roaches which climb...been looking at them for my arboreal sling. Safe to leave in enclosures if they can't be found from my understanding.

Grasshoppers. Come in all sizes, active during the day, go for light (as jumpers do) and gets eaten by all of my animals.

My girl is a mature tan, and she is also scared of most insects I've given her. She happily takes fruit flies though, so I just give her a few every or every other day. It's a little annoying since she's big enough to take down a housefly, but fruit flies are plentiful and they supply good play and exercise for her throughout the day!
