Where are you located?
look up “brown widow” and see if the coloration/ markings are similar. Depending on your area, they may have begun taking over black widows’ niche.
I rarely see black widows anymore

This doesn’t look like a widow, better photos are needed for an ID but based on where you found it and your location, there is a good chance it is Parasteatoda tepidariorum

Yeah did some more research on Parasteatoda tepidariorum and it looks like a sling of that species so yeah I through a pre killed cricket in there and I woke to it with a huge abdomen 😂
