This happened only 1 hour from where I'm at, although unfortunately I won't be able to go and check it out in time. Very cool phenomenon, definitely on my bucket list of things to do one day

Undescribed Anamidae (presumed Proshermacha sp.) from the Flinders ranges and Arbanitis sp. Bellthorpe 1 (a trapdopr that builds 30cm tall tubes) from Bellthorpe QLD

The ones that are (IMO) the best are in the turrificus group, also known as palisade trapdoors. Euoplos turrificus, thynnearum and crenatus are good examples, crenatus isn't in the hobby just yet but the entire group makes insane burrows

Here's some pics of various turrificus group species. None of these pics are mine, but I do own turrificus and thynnearum (figures 5,6,9 and 7,8). All are dotted around Queensland AFAIK
