Does someone can help me in recognize this guy, and if it is dangerous, if it bites or something?
It was slowly walking, I think because is very cold here.

Your friend appears to be Eratigena possibly atrica, male. Sometimes called giant house spiders. Harmless, out searching for a mate. They move indoors seeking warm places.
