Spider Ran Away!?

I tried feeding Blondie the other day, and got a strange response!
hehe, but dont worry! I checked in on her a bit later and she was back in the den, munching away

She might be able to drink better if you take the rock out of the water dish. I have a 6 inch G. pulchripes that sometimes runs from small hornworms. And she's eaten them before so it's always a toss up on whether they are actually hungry at the time you feed them and whether they want to eat the feeder or not.

Firstly, I think your T could do with a bit bigger enclosure. Looks kinda cramped in there.

Secondly, use another hide for her, one with no bottom. With this one she has no means to expand it... and Aphonopelmas are known to burrow.
