My God! at first i was upset and felt sorry for the spider/arachnid thing:mad: Then I realized it wasnt suffering, it was kicking ass!!!

I was then left in total awe and astonishment over how effective and brutal that thing was as it dispatched what some consider a super-organism(well atleast when they are in the 100s of thousands).

Then i was left baffled as it continued to kick the poor ants while they were down, I mean it was going bezerk like it was trying to re-kill them:?

wow, just wow! i didnt think anything could survive an attack by ants that combined almost equalled the animal they were attacking...wow!

Most of the ants are in fight or flight response from being stressed out, their first reaction is to flee, which most of them did, several of them even flee from the solifugid upon realizing its existance. Ants typicaly oncei n the fight mode will bite and never let go swarming the creature, I didnt see any response in these ants. they were deffiantly prepanic'd

the solifugid howevers first reaction is to destroy the enemy a built in response to those ants most likely to avoid being "swarmed" (after all a dead ant, cant emit pheromones to summon other ants or lead them back) and it too was more ocupied in looking for escape then actualy eating the ants.
